Hello Beautiful! My name is Damaris E. Macias, and I am the proud owner of Damaluxe Beauty Studio, and Damaluxe Beauty Academy. I am a licensed esthetician and certified master lash artist with 10+ years of experience in the beauty industry. I grew up in a very close tight Latin family household who did not believe in daycare so I spent most of my days with my grandmother and my 2 sisters who I’d play dress up with using my mom’s makeup and pretty heels while she was at work.

 

Even as a little girl, I knew I always had passion for beauty and fashion. But despite my love for beauty and fashion I was taught that those were just fun hobbies not careers, so as a high school student at 16 years old I signed up for dual enrollment and went off to graduate with a B.A. in Developmental Psychology from UCF to work on a career I did not love for the next 6 years aall while doing makeup on the side. But one day I had enough and decide I needed to take the leap and pursue my true passion. So I sign up for beauty school on that same day and never looked back!

 

Over the last 5+ years I have worked on building my dream life through endless amount of trainings, sweat, and tears. But nothing has felt better than getting to do what I love most! Getting to help the every day women feel her most beautiful self and now, getting to teach and mentor like minded individuals as well.

 

Damaluxe Beauty was founded with one goal in mind - "to make a difference in other people's lives by making them feel like the best version of themselves" as the world of beauty has always done for me. 

 

Besides BEAUTY I am still very much in love with fashion and on my free time I enjoy shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with my family!
